On 15th April, the Danish Chamber of Commerce organized a Webinar on the Indonesian legal system with a focus on corporate law.
The webinar featured Adv. Arif TM Parhusip from EXTRAMILE Lawyers. He held an excellent presentation, where he touched upon a real-life example with a Danish company located in Indonesia and key aspects of Indonesia’s corporate legal framework.
The presentations were followed by a Q&A session, where participants actively engaged with the speaker, raising relevant questions and sharing their perspectives on doing business in Indonesia.
