This time around, EU POP Indonesia is managing the continuation of the CEPA roadshow in the form of the Trade & Investment Dialogue planned for Central Java. This is the second out of three planned provincial-level Trade & Investment Dialogue this year, with the first one held last April in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara; and the third will be held for East Java in December 2022 in Surabaya.
Similar to the Mataram leg, the Dialogue in Central Java will be implemented in partnership with the provincial KADIN. Having learned from our experience in Mataram, KADIN would pull in hundreds of eager businesses which are looking for partnership opportunities with representatives of European countries’ Chambers of Commerce and Europe companies working in Indonesia.
Therefore we’d like to invite you, and representatives of your member companies to the EU-Central Java Trade & Investment Dialogue event series with details as follows:
4 October 2022
- Trade & Investment Dialogue
Time : 09.00 AM – 12.30 PM
Location : Gumaya Tower Hotel, Jl. Gajahmada No. 59-61, Semarang – Central Java
- Kendal Industrial Park Visit
Time : 01.30 PM – 04.30 PM
Location : Kendal Industrial Park, Jl. Raya Arteri KM 19, Kendal – Central Java
Central Java was chosen due to its huge potential to improve trade and investment ties between the EU, Member States and European Companies working in Indonesia with the province’s business communities and relevant government instruments. Central Java also housed new special economic zones including Kendal and Batang.
In the light of the above, we’d like to seek your kind support in the following matters:
- To secure your participation in the series of events.
- To secure participation from company members who are interested in establishing further networks and relationships with Central Java business/government instruments.
- To participate in the Dialogue as speaker/presenter.
For more information, please refer to the attached Catalogue which includes the event schedules, provincial overview and Registration Links. We would request you register your participation before noon, 29 September 2022.
